Damage delivery and no bill provided

Dear sir,

i have booked a induction cooker with delight coking set from indiatimesshopping.com.i got the product on 8th nov with broken kadai handle and without bill for the induction cooktop.my order number was 3001634496. i give complain on 9th nov with case id 499741. they take the complain and provide me the resolution date on 29 th NOV. but till date i have not got any mail or call from the merchant.i called them to resolve the complain they are telling it is on process. neither they sending the bill nor for damaged delivery.please take action against them.thaey chaeting the customer
