We have taken an internet connection from tikona internet service on the day 7th november .we are receiving speed of 50 kbps when the network providers are promising 4mbps for first 15GB nd rest of 2mbps unlimited. We called the customer care plenty of time but they didn’t take any action. they are bluffing us.

Sir we are student, We need good internet connection for study material nd now we feel that we were cheated.

We want a action from your side as soon as possible, hope you will help to get proper facility.
