Order/incorrect information

I placed the order of Jacket with Order number :100406158 on www.pepperfry.com and it was supposed to get shipped by tooday, however, since tomorrow the order is showing cancelled, I'm continuously contacting pepperfry via customer support chat assistance, every time I have been provided with incorrect information that order is placed and you will receive it, yesterday one agent told me to contact courier service: SENT VIA: QUANTIUM, when I contacted them replayed that contact the shipper as order not found and today when I again contacted pepprfry they are not helping and giving me run arounds.. very upset and frustrated.. It is my frnd's birthday today and that jacket was suppose to the gift for him which I never received since 7 days now.
