Non delivery

I had ordered 1 Nokia Lumia710 on 03 Dec and even till now on 17 Dec it has not been shipped. All customer care executives have consistently lied. There is no importance given to timely delivery on homeshop 18. I had planned it as a birthday gift for my brother but thanks to homeshop18 i could not gift it on his birthday. If would suggest if you want to get professional online homeshop18 is not the place.
