Disconnection & refund

Based on there faulty bill & continued with disconnection, I had surrended the landline (0422 2606110) on may 23. Still they had failed to disconnect and refund the balance as this was taken under 18 months package. The useage was only 07 months.

No one take response, action to close this issue
