Flipkart
Amount is not Refunded

My flipkart Order ID is OD20915151722. I had ordered lenova laptop on 24th sep 2012 and I had paid Rs.39125 in which Rs 38625 is the product cost and 500rs is processing fee using my credit card.

But due to unavailability of this product, they themselves cancel that order and refunded only 38625rs to my credit card wallet. But they dint refund the 500 rs till date. For refunding this amount, I would have called more than 500 times their customer care and thrown 500 mails to their mail id.

But nothing is happening. Finally Credit card banker has charged 250 rs as interest for that 500rs. Very very worst customer care service I have ever met...

any one help me on how to send a legal notice to flipkart and how to lodge a complaint in consumer court against flipkart.
