Customer Officer Mr. Joginder said to me:

As per your account details, the internet usage was found in the statement period 21-11 to 08-12; hence, we are unable to provide the waiver.

MY issue IS:- Bill Waiver

MY SIDE IS:-

i used Service, but i have not get Promising SPEED. i am really shocking why you not agree speed is slow

Customer paid full amount (of service) 750 .RS and you provide me like 250 Rs service. please tell me IS IT OK???

Example: Suppose you buy or paid a 10 lack rupees for CAR (mahindra XUV 500) and you get 2 lack rupes care (like NANO) are you happy with this??

this example normal person also Understand (WHAT I PAID N WHAT I GET)

so Mr. Joginder Singh why you not understand a simple think
