Please be aware all :

I have purchased Galaxy Note 271115288945 on 4th Dec, the ad said Powership (Ebay will courier) within 3 days.

After I had paid money I got an email saying shipping deadline is 10Dec (5 days)

In between Calling up seller who has forwarded proof of emails sent to Ebay to pickup items as he is ready.

Now on 10 Dec, Ebay Customer Care said we have escalated issue pls wait 24-48 hrs

Same on 11 Dec, that exec did not about my 10 Dec complaint!

On 12Dec, exec says that the time limit is 12 days so please wait, I asked him where it is written, he does not know. Tries to mislead me by saying 10 Dec deadline is not true.

Ebay refund button not active, asking me to wait till 14th Dec.

So, you can see how they misguide seller saying 3 days and then earn interest on the money for 15-20 days. It all depends on your luck if you get a proper item or refund after that.
