Refund amount not getting

I am victim online shopping portal www.timtara.com. I have ordered Apple iPhone 5 on 14 october. I have not received product yet and I am not getting refund also from www.timtara.com. You can get complaint details in below mail.

Please let me know what action do I need to take in order to get my money back. I have heard lot of complaint against this site. Unfortunately I got aware about this after I made payment.
