Money Refund

I have ordered for a Sony Xperia S mobile phone worth 25, 299 INR from www.timtara.com on 26th September through State Bank of India Net Banking on my friend, Karthik Nagarjuna Tunuguntla's behalf.

They guarantee the delivery within 3 weeks. But as they were not able to deliver, I cancelled the order 10331596 on 19th October.

They guarantee money refund within 7 days of cancellation. But even on repeated requests for refund, they did not refund even after 2 months.

Please take this as a complaint on them and see that I get my refund as soon as possible.
