Actually i have ordered this product on 10-dec, after 1 week the dispatch time is over so we are cancelling your product and the processing your refund amount like 1 email came from tradus, but still i did not get my refund amount. This is first time i am facing this problem on tradus, bought many products.

sent 3 more emails to tardus customer care, but still they are not resolving my problem, Somebody please help on this.
