PRODUCT NOT DELIVERED

Hi, This is in regards to the order # 20121209036972 for 2 quantity of Home Power Laundry Hanger for which i paid Rs. 3598/- on STARCJ.COM on 09/12. However i received only 1 piece when Aramex delivered it to my address. I even told the courier person that we had ordered 2 pieces but he said that the other piece will be delivered in a day or two. (I made sure that I signed only for one product & I wrote while receiving that "only 1 product delivered"). Its been ALMOST a month now but there is nothing that got delivered, i have been calling on their customer care almost everyday, have spoken with several supervisors & executives & they all keep telling me that they have raised the complaint & the back end team will call me which never seems to happen. They are not being professional at all!

Would really appreciate your help on this!
