Egarding bill

I had deactivated my mts wireless internet connection but upon that i m receiving bills every month. when i call customer care they say that it has been deactivated and they have no idea about this.despite my connection being pre paid i m receiving bill and now they are saying that my connection is broadband.they are real cheaters and a serious action has tto be taken against them.
