Refund not received for the cancelled orde

I bought a Tab from naattol.com, i cancelled the order and got a order cacillation number before even it is shipped as the item not matching the specifications as they claimed, When it came through courier i rejected as the Naaptol.com customer care executive said not to accept to get the refund, now i dont have refund. Full Fraud.
