Sulekha deals

I ordered a mobile from sulekha deals in December 1st week (order no. 267589), which was cancelled by sulekha because they didn’t have the product in stock on 15th December. Till date I have not received the refund. On calling customer care, the executives keep telling me another 5-6 working days or call up tomorrow, worst they disconnect the phone line when they dont have answers to the queries. Customer care is pathetic and their web site does not provide any means of contacting anyone else.

The store should be banned from functioning as it is fooling people showing very low prices when they do not even have a product. They smartly don't have an option of "pay on delivery".
