Took my money! Rip-off! Mumbai

I sent a wire transfer from my Bank in the Cayman Islands in Sept for fashion design software program from this company www.wonderweaves.com and they did not send me my software. I have contacted them through email many many many times. They kept telling me the software was sent out and then they told me it was being upgraded must please be patient.

Well they never sent the software and I got so frustrated with this company that I told them I would report them if they did not wire me back $1299 USD that I sent for them. I was no longer in their software and just wanted them to send me my money. Finally they agreed to send me my money recently. They claim they have wired money but it has been over a month and I have not received my money and I am beginning to strongly suspect that I will never get my money. Since I think they have ripped off other people...
