Goes against their own written customer service policy, ripoff

If only I had seen this website before I ordered from these people. The watch they sent to me is broken, and even though on the website they say they will replace merchandise broken during shipping free, they told me I had to buy ANOTHER watch at a slight discount, in order to get a replacement watch. What kind of sense does that make? I will be reporting them to my attorney general.
