Takes the money and never gives service

I am a freelancing web developer. I recommened lunarpages.com to two of my clients.

One clients name is vijayakumar and the other ones name is r gowri shankar.

I have joined in the affiliate program of lunarpages.com as well as the one they have in CJ.com

Both are approved and i reffered one of my client vijayakumar through the link from cj.com and gowrishankar through the affiliate link of lunarpages.com

For both the orders, i dont see the commission credited to my account. I mailed them many times, but no response. First i am trying to make clear that their affiliate system is just a cheat.

Second Issue:

My Client vijayakumar signed up for the windows virtual server account on Thursday and the account was setup by Saturday morning and received the confirmation mail. On saturday, once i was able to connect to the virtual server. Then on saturday night, i was unable to connect to the server. I have opened more than 5 support tickets and mailed them also. But no response till today. Till monday. Now i tried to chat with the support. See the transcription below:

They abrubtly left the chat session. No proper response.

Now the case with gowri shankar:

He placed the order for windows virtual server on Friday evening. And today its monday. Till now, the server is not setup. I have mailed them 6 times till now and not even a single response.

I asked for refund and no response again.

Overall lunarpages.com is a cheating company. I advice everyone not to loose their money with lunarpages.com
