I made payment to merchant using ccavenue, and ccavenue didnt passed the money to merchant

I made payment to merchant to register in net job using CCAVENUE but CCAVENUE didn't passed the money to the merchant. I suffered a lot because of this and been mailing continously to CCAVENUE and merchant but the reply from CCAVENUE was they passed the money to the merchant. From the merchant side they are refusing that they didn't received any amount from CCAVENUE. Because of this im unable to continue my net job as registered with the merchant as my registration amount didn't reached them. For the past one month i have been continously working on to get my amount back. CCAVENUE is a complete fraud, and scam payment gateway service provider.
