Airtel 3g Internet service
Very low speed un fair sevice

I am Girish my mobile number is 9902467402 i am using airtel 3g service and i activated 3g data plan Rs 750 0f 2gb data . airtel promise to their customers we will assures a speed upto 27 mbps but i am getting only 20kbps . even 2g connection will not give that much of speed i raised so may complaints through customer care and relationship centers of airtel they only giving Service request till date my problem is not yet resolved, really i am feeling very bad about airtel 3g service and customer support. Airtel is not bother about their customers and they are not ready to solve customer issues . plz any help me how to solve my problem.
