This is in related to my "Complaint No: 1303340" which is made for the telephone no 0562-4063318 for Broadband & Telephone not working. This complaint was made on 26/07 & still it has not been resolved. Everytime i call customer care i get a new excuse & no one has came to look for the problem. They everytime say within next 24 hours a service representative will visit but no one has come yet. Would request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible. Airtel services are becoming a mess day by day.
