I am complaining to Airtel at 198 since Novmber wrote to Nodal officer, appellatetribunal for the above lalndlineno. However, post filing complaint an excecutive comes, gives an assurance that problem will besolved in next 48hours, however, post first visit no one turns up.

Please advise how long I need topay airtel without adequate servicesbeen provided as per initial agreement.

Its been more than 4 months but aitel team couldn't resolve a simple problem of handset not working.
