Neither got connection nor got refund

Hi

I applied for airtel broadband connection. Reference number is 946965452. A person came and collected documents and cheque from me. His name is Ravi and his number is 9845493718. At that time, I asked for receipt of the money but he said it will be mailed to you in couple of days and when I insisted on providing some receipt, he said that this is general process airtel follow.

Then after few days I received the call that there is no feasibility in my area and they asked to call airtel customer care for refund. I called the customer care but they are asking for application number which I don't have, as no document was provided to me at the time when I handed over the cheque and other documents. I had tried calling Ravi but he never picks the phone. I had raised the complaint (complaint number 48732814) but no action taken.

I hope this forum will help me in getting the refund.
