I have Airtel broadband connection for past 5 years. Three month back Airtel representative call me for plant migration for Turbo 30GB, and took a request for it. Till date it was not activated.

I made several request to Airtel over call & mail, but there is no proper respond apart from default raising new request and false promises.

Finally when i decided to terminate the connection and requested for it, they again took a request for termination. After two days, one of there representative call me and requested me not to terminate and said she will ensure things will be rectified within a day. but again its a false promise, nothing happened.

The Last mail i have received from Airtel is on 8th of September which says

1) Case 3511588 request for termination is under process

2) Case 3706346 request for plan migration is also under process.

Doses it look funny that you are processing the request for termination and at the same time you are also working for plan migration.
