Hi,

I have been chasing Airtel for more than a month now to provide ipTV connection at my home. They collected the check on 6th Aug and ever after that there is a disturbing silence. I had approached their nodal officer and appellate as well but seems like I am bouncing off a wall only. No one cares whatever you say - there is a std reply "We will get back to you at the earliest". No one cared to even understand on why am I going for the disconnection and resolve the actual problem of getting the ipTV installed.

It's been over a month and I have asked that if installation cannot be provided then refund my check - but again no hearing. I have called 198, dropped multiple notes to nodal officer (Akshay) and Appellate (Chinaswamy N) but seems like they are least concerned and everytime you drop a note the response time is 72 hours before which no one replies.

I fail to understand Airtel's behavior in this regards. Although I have been a heavy Airtel user (2 mobiles, landline and internet) but I am seriously thinking of reducing my reliance on Airtel now.

I am hoping through this channel to get some sort of resolution on this problem.

My complaint no with airtel is: 16093930.
