Refund of Airtel Fee collected

We had applied for an Airtel Broadband connection, They had collected Rs 500/-, and after this they said that it was not feasible to provide connection to my area. But the amount deposited there was not returned.

We booked a complaint with Airtel Customer care (3282 9304 and 33345210).

The status is still the same. We have not received our money back.
