Complaint not resolved even after 1 week

This is regarding a complaint No. 47369432 which was raised/registered on 8th
June evening for Airtel Broadband connection with landline number
080-41278912 (Registered on the name of Mr. Mayank Goyal, my brother, the
alternate contact number is 9986068720) being out of order. In spite of constant reminders almost
daily the issue that the broadband is not working now for almost 2 weeks, no
solution has been provided and each time I make a call to the customer care I
have been assured it will be done the next day. day before Yesterday morning (i.e. 13th
June) when I spoke to the Manager for Escalations, I was given 100% surety that
it would be resolved on priority on the same day but nothing has been done so
far. I need the resolution for the same and the necessary compensation for all the days the broadband is not working as the company will anyways bill me for the entire month.
