Airtel Broadband
Refund not given

Dear Sir/madam,

We had applied for airtel broadband connection by paying Rs.1099/- vide application no: TBLR 276461 dated 21.08.11 and promised a connection within 5 days.

Airtel failed to give connection citing technical cable problems and hence i lodged complaint with airtel asking for refund..(complaint no:3160876). The call center person attending the phone assured that i would get a refund within 15 days..

Since i did not get back the refund, i have called airtel helpline twice again as a result of which they have subsequently raised two more complaints and given ref. no.s as : 3653900 and 4450870.

No action has been taken by airtel team so far '...

Request you to do the needful.
