Not getting any responce from Airtel of my complaint

Heads off to your Airtel customer care service. I haven’t seen such a worst response of customer care.

An Airtel customer who register a compliant 15 days back. Everyday got a call from your customer care executive explain the same compliant every time to different persons, send lot of mail regarding this but getting no proper response from your side every time your wording were “Sir we will check your issue with our technical team and revert back you within 24 hour” Please explain how long 24 hour will be.

Every person who will read this mail and if want to get back to me, Please read my problem fist and then come back to me with proper solution otherwise Thanks a lot for your kind service.

My Complete:

My DSL number is 4009652 and I am using this connection from June with 1099 plan. In this plan I was getting 512 kbps up to 100GB after that my speed will reduce to 256 kbps. But suddenly from your side this month some changes have been done on my plan without asking/informing me, now what I come to know that my plan changed into some shit combo plan in that combo plan, on change in my billing cycle its same 1099 but now I am getting 1 mbps up to 15GB after that 125kbps. I don't want this plane, I need you to revert these changes.

Can any any buddy explain me this thing that you can change any of customer plans as per your convenience? That means customer is nothing for you.
