Refund of Money

Hi team,

I am Devanand from 61, 4th cross, Whitefield, Bangalore 66. I have applied for an Airtel Broadband connection on 25th March. The person from airtel collected Rs.1100 for a new connection and gave a slip with a TBLR number 232985. After a week I got to know that there is no port available in my area. I asked the person incharge Mr. Manoj Kumar (9900003411) to cancell the connection and refund the money back. He promised me to repay the amount but still he has'nt paid me. It has been two months. So please do the needful.
