Less than advertise speed

Airtel press release in March says they are doubling boradband plan speed without any extra charge so if one has plan of 256 Kbps then he will get 512 without any charge. My plan is of 256 unlimited i am getting 512 speed now but only after 10 A.M. Before that i get 256.
