Ask for disconnection still not happen

I have broadband connection no. 0120-4123590 which i hv already informed thru mail & thru phone also to the customer care (121@airtel.in) in november 16th ref no. BAL|Qrc2226102 (given by airtel) that disconnect my connection and dont want to continue and i cleared my all bills when i recived but in Feb again I recived bill on my mail id that this is the bill of january. If I already informed for discontinue why they are sending bills.
