No Termination

Dear Sir,
I had informed the bill collecting person and had also requested aritel customer care for termination of broadband connection (40159641) after clearing he bill till the month of February after which I shifted to a new location. Despite of me intimating them for termination I still receive alerts in my mobile and email which I had brought to notice to them the time itself, when I got bill alert for the month of March. But I still received bills for the month of April and have been getting messages regarding the same.
Please take it as a formal complaint.
