Dear sir,

this is to inform you that i have already paid my broadband bill online between 20 may to 28 may and my online bill reference number is 278421 and amount paid is INR 661, then also i am receiving calls that my bill is not paid, though i have given them the online bill reference number then also they are unable to update or trace my transaction, i am really very sorry to say that if my bill is not updated within one week then unfortunately i have to say goodbye to airtel broadband, there are too many ISP` S to contact with, i hope you understand my problem,
