Delay in Disconnection

With reference to phone No 011-43752264 in the name of Jayant Kumar, I would like to state that even after continuous reminders the company has not disconnected and removed its equipment form my home. Kindly request you to look into the matter as they will promptly keep charging me rental even for non usage.
