Not working

Hi I am using internet/broadband (No: 04442645370) of airtel from last 4 years. We always face regular connection/internet/ issue which gets frequently disconnected . we have given complaint several times to customer care and their technical department. Now also it is not working for 3 days, I have lodged a complaint, no response from their end. Not even a call. Planning for disconnection.
