Billing Issue

Hello,

Just wanted to lodge a serious complaint against Airtel Broadband for my connection 01204253982. First I was trying to resolve the billing issue from the month of Sep' 11 then somehow when I got it sorted out after the Full and Final Settlement by paying INR 6043/-.

I have been getting calls from different departments of Airtel for bill payment and to retain that connection. I am going through a mental trauma and would like to file CIVIL CASE against them for harassing the customer at it limits.

I am a BP patient and whenever these guys call me I have to go through this annoying situation every time. Please help me know what's going to happen if something happens to me because of their continuous torch-er???

Airtel going to takecare of my family after my demise???

Why are they after my life???

I just want to file a case for what all I have suffered through these guys???
