Airtel Broadband connection
Non refund of Rs. 1800

Sir, I have applied for broadband connection on 19/07 by paying Rs. 1800/- through cheque but due to non availability of network area, the same can not be finalised.

I have made hundreds of calls at Local office Lucknow but all in vain.

At last on 6th Sept. 2010 I personally visited the local office and informed that my refund has been finalised but the said cheque is yet to reach the destination of 8 kilometers (between office of Airtel to my residence).
