Airtel Broadband Internet Connection
Not received the refund amount

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had applied for Airtel broadband internet connection on 23rd november and paid Rs. 1800. The application number is SEF No. CH 955709.
The person to whom I paid the amount is Mr. Raymond (SO Code: SD 2103006, Mob:9366111402, 9677009051). He told that within 7 days I would receive the connection. After ten days had passed, I called him and asked about the connection. He told that there was some technical issue like the port was full and asked me to wait for another 1 week. After that time, I called again and he told the same thing, and this repeated for nearly 1 month. I was mentally frustrated. Then I called him and asked him to cancel the connection and refund my money. He asked me to contact customer care.
Then I called Airtel Broadband Customer Care and asked them to cancel my connection. They gave me a request number (27705796) and told me that I would get my amount by cheque through courier by 28th december. But I didn't receive the cheque. I waited till 5th january then called again to airtel broadband customer care. But They gave me a new request no (27862464) and asked me to wait for another five days. I don't understand why they gave new req no, because when they gave first req number, they told that my application was cancelled and the refund was in progress. Whenever I call, they are giving request numbers only.
I am not blaming airtel as a whole. But I don't know why they are doing like this.By believing them only we are paying the amount. For the past one and half months i'm calling them often. My time, energy and money for calling them each and every time are wasted.
