I am alka yadav. I have an airtel broadband connection on landline no. 07554278109.

Last month your vendor inform me about a new plan so that my bill comes less. After seeing a month i have noticed that my bill is not reduced but it is increased. Therefore i want you to reactivate the earlier plan. Name of the previous plan is "774 flexy plan''.

Please change the plan as soon as possible.
