Too slow 98/2GB/month GPRS pack

Im using rs 98/2GB/month GPRS pack since 1/04/10, the downloading gprs speed is too slow in this service, im getting panic headche whenever im trying to download any file, its downloading speed is worst than a speed of 'bullscart' (BAILGAADI), its rarely touches 2kbps speed. I have lost my lots of data in vein, each time im start downloding any file i have to discard it after few minutes because its too slow speed causes panic headche on my top organ, please improve your service quality its not an iron age, thanku.
