Disconnection

I had asked for disconnection of my internet and fixed line no.46546796 on 15th march. I keep calling Airtel helpline who keep assuring me that it is under process. I have also been informed that I have asked for reconnection not once but more than once. I have all along been assured that no rental will be charged after 15th march. It is 8th may today and Airtel helpline informs me that it has still not been disconnected.

I wish to state that:

1. I have never asked for reconnection. It is just a figment of Aitels imagination.

2.Please arrange to refund all amounts paid by me towards rental after 15th march.

3.Please investigate as to who gave the go ahead for the reconnection. Certainly not me.

I would be grateful for your response.
