FRAUD BILL- chaged for period while no services were provided

I have been highly disappointed with Airtel services as I had requested a location move in Feb and it took them 2 months to relocate my connection and I was also charged for that period. I had spoken to CS and they had confirmed me that no bill will be genertaed for the period of Feb thru April as it was a delay on their side to relocate my services. Till date i have been getting the bill for that period and I have spoken to atleast 20 people in CS and still no one has been able to resolve this.
I AM A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER AND NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT I HAD TO GO THRU THE PAIN OF CALLING CS 50 TIMES AND STILL NO RESOLUTION. IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY FOR A CUSTOMER TO HAVE EACH CALL FOR ATLEAST 20 MINS WITH EACH REP AND STILL NOONE DOES ANYTHING.
now i have requested to disconnect services and waive off charges for the month of Feb thru April. But i need a resolution on the FRAUD charges that they have been billing me for the period of Feb thru April. i was confirmed by airtel that no bill will be geberated for this period but still i a, m getting bills. Pls help as I am being harrassed by airtel for making payment for this period.
