Not given connection after payment

Dear Sir,

My name is Anand Pare, 356, Shay Nagar NX, INDORE. I applied for airtel broadband connection with modem, on approx 10th May with 1500/ Rs. and committed that i'll get the connection within 02 working days. I didn't get my broadband connection till now. When i asked the person who has came to my house, he told me everyday that today connection is given. Now, I am waiting for connection for past three week. And Each time i call to people, they told me that i'll get the same within 1-2 days which never happens.
