This is not only a complaint against Bharti Airtel but also a geniune grievence of an Indian consumer who is so depressed with the inefficiency of consumer forum.
Now let me come to the complaint. I have registered a complaint with consumer form of India on 28/06. Though the complaint has been taken up by them after two weeks, some how I got it corrected still my plea for Compensation was not considered..
Now I am again getting those vulgar messages again. And I am fed up with this hell.
I am pretty unhappy that though being an Indian citizen I am not able to get my grievences retreated seriuosly by the authorities of consumer forum. Also I request the authorities of Consumer Forum of India not to make us all fools by giving us an oppurtunity to express our complaints to a passive organisation which cannot completely control the scenario dealt by them.
Thanks in advance and will be grateful if you could understand the situation with its seriousness.
