I would like to tell you about an Indian Web Developer Hitesh Joshi based in Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh www.hiteshjoshi.com
he was contracted to develop a website in July. with a 50% deposit paid upfront
he originally quoted 90 hours (3-4 weeks for completion), did not see any updates or progress within the time frame once the deadline was up he asked for more time which i agreed upon after the 8-9 week mark no progress had been made and i asked for my money back after about a month of constant emails he finally replied after i posted about him on here http://www.scam.com/showthread.php? p=1088264 and said he would return my money by the end of october it is now nearing the end of november and still have not received my money!
he has taken a lot of money from me and not delivered a website, source code or documentation as promised and paid for.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS LIAR AND SCAMMER!!!
