Wrongly claim by airtel of exceeding data usage on broadband and spped is reduced

My present plans assures me for speed of 1mbps till 15Gb and then reduces to 256kbps, but I can assure that i have not used 15gb of data and then also my speed is reduced to 256 kbps. I have checked the same with my acct on Airtel site and it states high data uses of approx 13Gb on 19th of this month. Which can't be possible as on 19th I had very busy day and returned in late evening and just checked my mails. There is definitely some kind of problem, which has to be sorted out as soon as possible
