Wrong billing, dissconnect my connection

Dear sir

i am a customer of airtell broad band? (plan 749-one air tell) my id is 01145056189 .i have been billed with rs 2600 as broadband useage charges.sir as my bill should not be more than rs 500 because i have allready paid rs 500 as an advanced usage charges and i only use it for browsing purposes not for any downloading.so kindly dissconnect my connection as soon as poosible.nor i m going to pay this hefty amount.
