Gprs is not working

Hello i am bablu and i am prepaid customer for Airtel i am using gprs service but it is not working properly some time works and some times not . i am give a complaint for this problem to the customer service centre but my problem was not solve and i am faceing lots of problem due to this internet service lastly i say that i should drop the internet service of Airtel and go for another network.
