Not sending the bill details and abnormal charges of broadband connection

I am paying the bills regularly. In this month I was received e-mail from Airtel people in the late hours of 31.5.2011 for making bill of Rs. 1167/- for the bill dated 12.5.2011 . And the amount of bill has to be paid by 31.5.2011. How reasonable of communicating the bill payment information in the late houre of due date. I do not know as to why the Airtel people have not bothered about sending the bills in advance with details. It is all appears the outright behaviour of the Company. My landline connection number is 04040209428. I have to address the Company for details to my pity.
